Hello All, A week ago Microsoft updated me from 8.1 to the new 10 even though I did not want it. Now I can not access things I had before. I have a Canon MX452 printer and can not get the driver for it. When I look at the devices it shows a Canon MX 450 as the printer. I have deleted it, unplugged my printer, restarted the computer, plugged it back in and the printer is still set for MX 450. I have tried down loading software, wrote it down so I can accurately follow the instructions. But the screens that come up do not match what I wrote down.
